Pay: $62–$68 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, subject to employment terms

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy as appropriate

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and PT Aides

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery

Qualifications

• Current, active California Physical Therapy License

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
